  • Abstract: In current paper, using the tender stem-segment as the explants, the tube propagation of Humulus lupulus L. by minicutting type was studied. The optimal medium which could develop seedling directly was screened out, namely, MS + 6-BA 0.01 mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L+agar 6.5 g/L+grape sugar 2%, pH5.8. After exercising, the seedling were transplanted the improved soil directly. The planting formation ratio of Humulus lupulus L. in tube reached 90%, the coefficient of multiplication reached 4.2, the numerber of root reached 100%, and the survival ratio of transplanting reached 93.8%.
